LLana was born and raised in Los Angeles. She graduated from Los Angeles High School, attended Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas for one year then returned and attended Los Angeles City College. She enjoys music and is very active in her church where she is the pianist for the Children's Choir. She worked at Sotheby's in Los Angeles as the Vice President of Credit; Bingham & Associates Insurance Company as Office Manager; and The Directors Guild of America as the accounts representative. She and her husband, Al Milliner moved to Palm Springs in 1997, where she worked with Tarbell Realtors in Palms Springs as Administrative Assistant. Lana is now in charge of marketing at Baddour & Associates.

 Shana Stewart

Shana, a native of Palm Springs, recently joined the Baddour team. Shana, a graduate of College of the Desert, has several years of real estate and office experience. She worked for Chase Bank for three years as a personal banker, and was the personal assistant to Kelly Leines of Californa Lifestyle Realty for three years. Shana now enjoys spending time with her sister raising awareness and funds for charitable organizations with their group Divine Divas. She also intends to further her studies in graphic design. When she is not at the office, she is happy enjoying life with her husband and three beautiful children.

Biography: Certified Paralegal (1992 to present),  California Notary Public (1990 to present), 2nd Vice-President The International Bengal Cat Society (Member, Board of Directors 2011 to present), Owner/Operator, Shear Art Pet Salon (2011 to present), Owner/Operator Winsome Llamas (1997 to present), President Llama Association of North America (Member, Board of Directors 2002-2006), Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society (1987).

Background:  Caroline was born in Birmingham, England and has spent most of her life in Southern California.  She began working as a legal secretary in 1990 at a personal injury firm in Lake Arrowhead, CA.  Caroline received her degree in paralegal studies in 1992.  Following this degree, she became a California Notary Public and has been a long-time member of the California National Notary Association.  She moved to Palm Springs, CA in 1995 and currently resides in the Santa Rosa Mountains on her ranch.  Due to her commitment, compassion and professionalism in the practice of law, she has earned the professional respect of the attorneys she has worked with over the years.

Caroline also manages and owns Shear Art Pet Salon in Cathedral City, CA.  In addition, she volunteers in our local community by providing her time and resources to pet adoption, animal fundraisers and periodic local and television appearances with her champion llamas.  A highlight was Caroline leading the very first entry of 18 llamas in the 2007 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade, which was televised around the world.

Caroline enjoys her role as the proud mother of two adult children, Taylor and Bridget, and her son-in-law, Offie.  Actively involved in their lives, Caroline participates in their educational and outside activities as well as and supports Offie, currently a Marine Corporal based at Camp Pendleton, CA, and his ongoing service to our country. Her hobbies include numerous outdoor activities including riding her mule, raising llamas and Bengal cats, hiking and gardening.
