Ingrid was first licensed in 1980 and opened her own commercial real estate office in 1990 and has participated in numerous retail, industrial, office and investment sales, as well as leasing, consulting and residential sales. She has sold and managed mobile home communities and RV parks, has served as sales manager for a 50 person real estate firm. Rose grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and was an airline hostess for Northeast Airlines. She and her husband, John moved to Palm Springs in 1959. They raised their family here and Rose worked for a number of local banks. Then Rose and John opened a complete western shop together at the Smoke Tree Stables which later moved to Smoke Tree Shopping Center. After selling their business, Rose began her career in residential real estate sales and after eight years transferred to commercial sales and leasing. She has been a Multi-Million Dollar producer and repeated Top Producer. |
