 Rose
grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and was an airline hostess
for Northeast Airlines. She and her husband, John moved
to Palm Springs in 1959. They raised their family here
and Rose worked for a number of local banks. Then Rose
and John opened a complete western shop together at the
Smoke Tree Stables which later moved to Smoke Tree Shopping
Center. After selling their business, Rose began her career
in residential real estate sales and after eight years
transferred to commercial sales and leasing. She has been
a Multi-Million Dollar producer and repeated Top Producer.
Rose as served as past Director of the Palm Springs Regional
Board of Realtors, as well as a member of the Education
Committee, Professional Standards & Ethics Committee,
and on the board's special task force.
Rose joined Ingrid Baddour & Associates in 2002 and
has leased over 100,000 square feet of space. But she
has also sold key industrial and retail buildings in the
Coachella Valley. Her two children and three grandchildren
