
Ingrid was first licensed in 1980 and opened her own commercial
real estate office in 1990 and has participated in numerous
retail, industrial, office and investment sales, as well
as leasing, consulting and residential sales. She has
sold and managed mobile home communities and RV parks,
has served as sales manager for a 50 person real estate
firm. She has the CCIM
(Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from
the National Association of Realtors (NAR), as well as
a GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute).
Ingrid Baddour has served as a director of the Palm Springs
Board of Realtors, chairwoman for the Palm Springs Commercial
Committee, and she has served on the Education Committee.
Additionally, Ingrid is a past-president of the Western
Mobile Home Park Owner's Association and the Law League
of the Desert. She was a board member of the Palm Springs
Economic Development Corporation for over 6 years, and a
board member and vice president of o'Donnell Golf Club for
over 8 years. She has been selected as the Designated Realtor
for the City of Palm Springs Economic Development Department
and the City of Palm Desert Housing Department. She is often
called upon to provide valuation support for secondary money
market lenders and has provided litigation support. She
is a recognized expert and consultant in commercial real
estate standards and practices. She participated in a City
of Palm Springs Ad Hoc Committee to find commercial applications
for the historic Frey building on Hwy. 111 and Tramway Rd.
Currently she is on the board of the Desert Area Commercial
